My Thesis on honeypots and why we shouldn't waste time thinking about them, plus a few things.  
I. Surveilance:  
  
    Eyes Watching? You are in a good place: Honeypots attract people like you. Agnostic about identity, driven by values.  
    Idea Fortress: Agent-proof ideas are the target. No news, no hindsight. Make some real friends who came here to meet you!  
  
II. Core Principles &amp; Values:  
  
    Principles Demand Sacrifice: Free speech, immutable text – value-driven. What's the root value?  
    Unite on Values: What are our core values? How do we align on them here? How do we make our values work for us more    than they might uproot us?  
  
III. The Journey Ahead:  
  
    Starting Point: This hub is new. Expect change and evolution.  
    Ideas Outlive the Hub: Focus on potent, simple, root-cause solutions. Easy to share, remember, demonstrate. Remember a system for everyone means a place for your enemies also. The right system balance keeps them in check with mathematics not guns.  
  
IV. The Essential Work:  
  
    Root Cause Imperative: We need a systemic analysis of the failure. It's missing.  
    Beyond Projections: Without root cause, we fight shadows, not the source.  
  
V. Critical Considerations:  
  
    Anonymity &amp; Real ID: Address both. If we don't, they will – poorly.  
    VPN Question: Are they a trap? Need solutions or answers here.  
    Social Media Trap: Battleground, but don't build inside their arena. Focus on data ownership &amp; immutable connection.  
  
VI. Bringing in the Masses:  
  
    Tangible benefits: Real benefits are key and achievable.  
    Low-Hanging Fruit: Simple, better alternatives exist (messaging, calls, etc.). Their "shitty" tech is our opportunity.  
  
Key takeaways for your collaborators:  
  
    Focus on Ideas that address Root Causes.  
    Value Principles &amp; Anonymity.  
    Build Independent Solutions.  
    Aim for Tangible Benefits.  
    Embrace Evolution.
