I don't get that, being fooled by images and whatever not. I just see it for what it is, some human did a work of art, nothing more, nothing less.

I was referring to churches and gov institutions and some had to be built grandiose for protection like castles and such. The more impressive/beautiful the architecture the more potential power it wielded over the masses. My opinion. A lot of the modern art and architecture seems ugly on purpose probably some kind of psyop:)

I don't see conspiracy in everything. Most of it is humans being corrupt and dumb. Most humans are to Machiavellian to cooperate that much. I'm sure lots of ugly art was made in the past, but lots of people in history had to work for food. We have John Deere today to give us bounty today and then humans in return give us all this wonderful "artwork". But this is a sorta interesting conversation about "art" and how humans do or don't need it.

It is hard to miss changing trends and then inquiring minds look to understand. Beauty and art will always sell and make perfect investment sense. Look at the fashion and entertainment industry, makes me want to have perv Harvey Weinstein back making movies:) Disney lost about a billion dollars putting out products no one is interested in and the formula for making money is simple enough. "wtf is even that"
