You would be just trading "tokens" online until you enter the real world in which you have to buy something or pay something. You think the American government will let tokens be used in America? Good luck with that.

''You would be just trading "tokens" online until you enter the real world in which you have to buy something or pay something.'' No, ROK has gained several powerful allies in this endeavor already. [https://www.techtimes.com/articles/323522/20260807/japan-korea-stablecoin-rail-cuts-dollar-out-asias-busiest-trade-corridor.htm](https://www.techtimes.com/articles/323522/20260807/japan-korea-stablecoin-rail-cuts-dollar-out-asias-busiest-trade-corridor.htm) [https://www.digitaltoday.co.kr/en/view/74604/k-bank-joins-korea-europe-stablecoin-cooperation-project-pangea](https://www.digitaltoday.co.kr/en/view/74604/k-bank-joins-korea-europe-stablecoin-cooperation-project-pangea) ''You think the American government will let tokens be used in America? Good luck with that.'' U.S. companies will be missing out the transaction advantage they could gain if they refused to participate: They would not want to. They will pressure U.S. either to come up with superior stablecoin payment system, or let them join. ROK led attempt will eventually temp BRICS companies to join as well for the similar reason. ROK led system does not mean USD will be completely abandoned, USD will only have proportional influence U.S. economy has in the international trade, not more like it has been for decades.

Yay, look at all these people joining "stablecoins". What could go wrong with something named "stable"? I bet it will always stay stable.
