I like your idea, I do, but. I'm pretty sure any system is going to become corrupted eventually. Someone will find some loophole, and then we'll need to do it all again. I might be suffering from World News Fatigue though.

Corruption is undefeated. Capitalism has holes. I love the idea of Unions, protect the workers, fuck the corporations. But eventually the Union Boss gets corrupted and the workers wages stagnate, and the Corporation gains too much power to fail. The company wins and everyone else loses over time. It is like Capitalist Societies need a reset every 100 years so no one gets too far ahead.
