Maybe have a tv/radio network just for the government (I guess like C-span) so that news networks can't be bought (and hopefully they can concentrate on real news). No corporate donations only people and a limit per person. No parties; run on your own merit as a person, not a party. Can't lobby, if you have a request, submit a proposal (bill) but no corporate representation, it will still have to be a person. Make it so that everyone who can vote participates, no matter what so it can be a real democracy.

we already have it, It's called the over the air free network tv system. ABC NBC CBS FOX all use the over the air government provided network based on an agreement to display government needed messages at will
