Its not a coincidence this is happening right when America is setting up a naval blockade in the area. Mexico has increased trade with China rapidly, as well as Venezuela and Brazil. Trump is clearly trying to scare the leaders of these nations into either submitting or fleeing, while trying to replace them. Trump is moving assets from the east to the west, probably because its easier controlling the western hemisphere rather then the whole world because Americas economy cant afford it anymore.
