''I try to be better than others.'' That's the spirit. Nothing more cowardly than false modesty when comes to leadership. Yes, one should be humble since a true leader will need help, but at the same time, why even insist on being a leader when one is no better than others. I always ask wannabee leaders why should I follow you when you are not better than me? If you are, then explain why/how you are better than me as a leader.
