rice cakes ring a bell, but not with Chinese rice wine. I’m also not sure if I remember radish cakes. There was one restaurant that used to stay open 24 hours and served dim sum any time of the night. That’s when I mostly got my share:) We almost always ordered seafood, it was an easy choice. But this particular dish I only ever found in one place where I lived, so it was always a treat when I went there FRIED BEAN CURD SHRIMP

My only problem with chicken feet is that one ends up eating mostly the sauce because there’s barely any meat on them. So it feels like a bit of a pointless dish, though maybe I’ll try them again at some point:)

There's plenty of gelatin/skin; that's the 'meat' of the dish. I tried to make it home, but couldn't. It needs a professional to do it.
