you did wise moving away while you can. because I'm sure once America falls no other country would want Americans and probably dollar would also lose it's power. from being born in Saudi arabia in a non Saudi family(both parents Afghan residents) being loyal to a country is absolutely useless. it's individualistic world you'll have to go wherever it's best

It is already VERY hard to get banked as an american due to FATCA. You need to bring in some decent cash or you will be turned down. Most singaporean banks want $200k now deposit.
