Will there be a new Stalin today who does terror campaigns in his own town/neighborhood? Have there been commies like Stalin. Was Stalin a communist or someone who just wanted power at any cost?

I think Stalin was all about the power. It is arguable whether him and the Austrian painter were of opposite ideologies or the same.
