As for studying it’s been a mish mash of many different things. There has been a large uptick in YouTube channels discussing alternative history and “obscured” history. hard to prove any of it by mainstream references alone, although there are plenty of books and writings about this stuff. Most of it has been obscured from view and doesn’t even come up on google. You need to use a different search engine, like Mojeek. A few good YouTube channels I recommend are: [ Shattered History](https://youtube.com/@shatteredhistory?si=i5bIE55-8OEMvQ40) Talks about obscured history, issues with the mainstream narrative [Static in the Attic](https://youtube.com/@staticintheattic1984?si=Ns7V2bjcgCz6ES6a) Talks about current events and critically analyzes different parts of the historical narrative [My Lunch Break] (https://youtube.com/@mylunchbreak?si=iiZ0VE2Hm6wNur0i) Focuses primarily on Tartaria/mud flood cover ups. This one is a little out there in some episodes but entertaining. [Universe Inside You](https://youtube.com/@mylunchbreak?si=iiZ0VE2Hm6wNur0i) This one is the original one that sent me down the rabbit hole. Focuses mainly on megalithic structures across the world, Graham Hancock sort of stuff. Granted, the sudden proliferation of these alternative history channels and many AI imitations feels a little astroturfed or maybe opportunistic since there is a renewed interest in the subject, but I don’t think people put this time and effort into these videos for nothing. I would like to find more books and hard material on this
