Why the fuck does it exist to begin with is the question. A parent should not have to pray to some sick ass god to hopefully remove the cancer from the baby they just made. If you God is real, then he made cancer, suffering, sin, the devil, and all of the above. You use your cognitive dissonance to only attribute good things to your god, while completely ignoring the evil shit they did.
