On this I agree with you, as do many historical and religious scholars. Paul was a self confessed Jesus hater who is well known to have tortured and killed early christians. He never even met Jesus. He showed up after Jesus had left and claimed to have seen Jesus and changed. And then his next step was to sideline James, the brother of Jesus, and the head of the church, and impose his own thoughts. Some scholars have argued that Paul found it easier to gain influence and get followers by doing away with the stricter laws of the torah, especially requiring circumcision of new converts, and by including the concept of trinity which was much easier for the polytheists and pagans of the Roman empire to accept. James, poor guy, lost out mostly because men freaked at the idea of circumcision.

Exactly. So seeing how man manipulated a whole religion to create a more docile version of a previous one, how can anyone subscribe to the opinion of another man for their eternal existence?

Research and study and look for the truth. If you keep eliminating the lies you've been told, you'll arrive at the truth That was my personal journey at least. I wish the same for you. You've already identified some of the lies, hopefully you'll soon recognize the others as well. peace upon you brother 🙏
