The low voltage electronic system that can connect the transmission to the damn taillights on some vehicles; the reason sensors go out randomly or at the slightest impact, the neurological system in a vehicle of sensors for 'safety' that shut the vehicle off when there's been a minor, superficial damage potentially. The reason a Jeep Wagonneer can have one gunked up spark plug but you need to change all of them so that the 'sensors' can 'read' correctly The Canbus system doesn't serve anyone but the manufacturer, the caprtive mechanics at the dealership, and the insurance companies. you gotta call the tow truck cause your car shut down and tells you it's unsafe to drive *when you could damn well drive it* . Then, you gotta have a mechanic take a look at it - and you have to get your insurance involved, etc. etc.
