thats why i'm sayin do shorter vids and more of them at first. That way you can judge which topics people get hooked on. Video editing sucks and takes a lot of time I hate it too. But maybe you don't even need to edit. Just after you make a long one, go back and make a few short videos that highlight the key points. And see which points get traction

Rome wasn't built in a day. You speak well and have the gift to fill the quiet parts. No one likes "Dead Air" for lack of a better term. you got me to listen for 20 minutes, so condense that to 5 and you've got a market to speak too.
