Everyone knows that you want to be the loud one telling everyone else to do the job so that you get the credit once the job is complete. That's how you get the promotions, it's like cheat codes. Of course, none of your subordinates will ever respect you but this is simply the corporate way. Huzzah!

Of course, when I will do the orientation, that's what I will tell them I will not do. Anyone who does that will not get promoted.
