Yes, because a country doesn't enter every competition around the world, that means they weren't good enough. How did you come to that big brain conclusion? Unless Israel participated in that specific competition, they aren't worthy? You didn't participate in the competition, total no-show... You have been proven not to be worthy.

Dude, U.S. used to sweep CES, just like ROK is doing it now. Off-the shelf consumer technology eventually go to military application, why the Soviets had started lagging behind the West by the end of the Cold war. Israel, the parasite is not even in the running; U.S. used to sweep CES, back in the day.
