No. People are controlled by choices. Sorry to those who may have heard this mantra before, but.....I believe God created the whole thing. His Gave us 2 things - the Earth (all its natural resources and living things) and Free Will. Choices are like pebbles inter ripple effect on us here and now, as well as on people going forward. So choose wisely.

Choices. Yes. And anyone who believes still chooses, just within different presumed parameters than those who don't. A person who believes in lucky charms still chooses, but modifies their choices if they believe they have a lucky charm. Also, a person who believes they are under a curse will behave differently than if they don't. Not in any case is the individual under the control, even in their own mind of anyone but themselves.
