Once the society is destroyed fundamentally then generational trauma will follow like it is repeating at the moment. The details of policies make all the difference and should be analyzed. "The black family survived centuries of slavery and generations of Jim Crow, but it has disintegrated in the wake of the liberals' expansion of the welfare state." Currently everything is lacking in the Black community; soft on crime, education, welfare, culture, leadership. Once Black community made a bargain with the democrats for welfare dollars they never stopped voting for them despite negative societal outcomes.
