Never seen a case of traumatic acute kidney injury resulting in death. She can get emergent renal replacement therapy until everything else is sorted out. Don’t fall for this nonsense. She may have 4 days to live, but it will not be as a result of traumatic renal injury. If you can get me more details about her medical condition, I can explain more.
