Parent Post: What caused you to wake up?

For me it was 3 months after graduating high school and watching 9/11 live. With no school or job at the time I watched every second - first time ever watching the news like that... I actually switched channels as much as I could until I realized it is on every channel. I started noticing discrepancies in the reporting. But all I could do at the time was note it. Months later, I happen to discover Alex Jones. He mentioned some discrepancies I noticed and caught my ear. He talked about all types of things Bush and Cheney were doing and had all the receipts... I religiously download all gov docs he linked and any others I found. Read them all... went down the rabbit hole for almost two years until I realized I had to balance this out and breathe it was becoming too much and too negative with no way of for me to do anything about anything I've learned. Had to take a break... Now I have a much better understanding of the world through my faith and the facts of this world as they present themselves. Always be open minded. The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth. Learn to discern wisely and never jump to conclusions. No absolutes unless that's what it is proven soundly. But always be aware of what evidence implies 😉
