It is difficult for an average person with normal tendencies to imagine minds wanting to re engineer society towards something resembling low trust crime ridden dysfunctional hell. People have to follow this stuff as well. Plus if you look throughout history, humans have always been a little corrupt, its our "go" to default setting. How many fathers sold daughters and sons to slavery? The ones who can't defend themselves always are the first to slaughter.

You are not wrong for exercising you mind and keeping the individual accountable but it is not reality to ignore all the influences that created and creates the society/world we find ourselves in. It is better to be aware than willfully blind
