When people spend 23hrs a day on average indoors/in a car, for most of the year, then suddenly spend hours outside at the beach in the middle of summer, the skin might not be able to handle it. It be on thing if gradually, everyday, from winter to spring then to summer, the skin was exposed to more and more sun. But people go from no sun, to lots of sun all of a sudden. My gut instinct is lack of sun is the problem, throughout the whole year. Just an instinct, but sounds right to me.

I was a a Dr office a few years back in waiting room while receptionist was riflleing through the phone about blood tests one after the other telling them that their Vit D was low and telling them they have to buy over the counted but also telling them to take to little and not mentioning magnesium. Call me crazy but I have thought that the spraying has a lot to do with it too.
