We are at about 6-7000 feet around here. Keeps it from getting too hot. We stay in the 70's -80's almost the whole year.

I am at about 8k. It takes a while to get to the altitude! I wonder how it would feel to move back to ATL after living here 5 years. For a while cardio would probably feel like superman.

I was wondering that thinking about the Mexico England World Cup Game. I never really noticed the altitude here. But do feel like I'm getting old. May be a connection there.
