Nah, they are made out of concrete, more specifically geopolymers. It's been proven years ago. Even a couple books about it. Only the facing stones and some of the interior blocks are quarried rock. No aliens or dinosaurs required, just a lot of work. The inscriptions were found describing the materials mined to create the geopolymer, crused stone, natron, etc...heat it up add water pack in a form, make another right next to it, that is why you can not get a piece of paper between the stones. It is all very simple, they were very good at making stonework and concrete. I think the professor who wrote the book was named Davidovits. Check it out, very interesting.

in regard to the egyptian stuff, but i know for a fact the south american stuff was shaped stone. have a friend whose an andean shaman from there that talks about an herb that may be extinct that was ground up and turned to tincture that made stone moldable and soft
