Democracy is the theory that the people know what they want and deserve to get it good and hard. Every election is just society hitting "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" without reading them.

''Every election is just society hitting "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" without reading them.'' It should be reserved for people who contribute to OTNI. The fatal flaw of democracy is that this assumption that a nation exists for individual rights, and 'everyone' or at least 'majority' contributes to OTNI. That is why the reform is not possible in U.S.; majority have been compromised. The notion that ''All men are created equal'' was not true even in the Founders' times, but the discrepancy today is even bigger. At least, in Founders' time, majority were useful if not necessarily worthy; in today's U.S. majority are useless, worthless, delusional, and entitled, especially the worst of them.
