Just put the holy book down. But extremists love their holy books. That is what the middle east is today, a bunch of zealots who think their god is the bestest god and only god. And then humans kill each other because of their holy books. How or why should I care about such people who put a book above other humans? I've read lots of books, doesn't mean I go kill humans or think I know something more than other humans know.
