You are correct in that my struggle is non-unique. I see the pain in the population from lack of companionship. Specifically men, but I am biased. This is where my assumed undiagnosed autism comes into play and I absolutely refuse to lie in public life. It makes me extremely uncomfortable because it is antithetical to my core being. The best I can manage is lies by ommission. I find it more comfortable to deal with neither of those and remain silent. It's easier. However, I was on the bus the other day and the entire bus was jesting about gas prices and soon the entire bus was abound with rants & raves about the jews, bus driver included. My time to shine is nearing, I can feel it.

I can't shut the shitposting off. It's like some deranged form of tourettes. People say "hi, how are you?" All day to me and I just.. idk, it's very forgettable and unremarkable. I'm not expecting them to peer into the void with me but it's way funnier to approach me and say something like, "Hey how's it going, I hit your car in the parking lot" to see if I panic, knowing full well that I rode a bicycle. I will remember that. A few years back a stranger told me he just turned 30, and I said, "damnnn man. I'm sorry. Are you okay?" He laughed. I laughed. I still remember it, and I bet he does. I bet he doesn't remember any of the other congratulations of that day.
