I teach golf....why is that important...it isn't. But if you play golf....and you have....anger issues....well...you know how well that is working out for you...or not. One of my students is a Lawyer. He has anger issues....self admittedly. One technique that he uses....he got this advice from his Dean in law school...and shared it with me. *If you get an upsetting email....don't respond for at least 24 hours. Then revisit.* Brilliant pattern. But I gotta say....*.Treating Anger as an Injury* *When injured, I generally rest until the injury is healed so as not to further exacerbate it.* *When in an angered state, I often find during post-mortem reflection that my decision making was poor. As a result, I have long adopted a policy of refraining from action when in an angered, diminished mental state.* *Unsurprisingly, there’s been a sharp reduction in actions that I regret since.* This is equally brilliant...if not levels more brilliant....well thought out.....applying physical manifestations patterns to metaphysical manifestations patterns....learning to embody that pattern....very very nice. Thank you for sharing this ever so timely advice. Peace.😇

I miss golf. When I lived in North Carolina I really sucked. When I moved to Florida I was 10 times better, no joke. My drives were straight and I could hit woods well after the move. Instantly, 100% true story. I was never very good though. My best round ever was something like a 90, but I had some amazing shots here and there. Missed a hole in one twice on a par 3 by less than a foot. Its those amazing shots every now and then that make it fun. I love 20-40 yard chips.
