Zionism is a global threat. It's not merely the idea that a Zion should exist somewhere, but that it must be protected by people who remain "dual citizens" in other lands, spying and siphoning wealth away. Judaism, depending on what denomination it is, can be a local threat. This is mainly because adherents are taught to question God's laws and how to argue with and trick God. It is obvious what such education will cause people to do man's laws.
