They could be planning Martial law. They are certainly planning something big for the back half of this trump presidency. Most likely at this point a major financial collapse, one different from the last few. Possibly an official system change. Or another surprise like the end of the last trump admin. I just don't understand why you or anyone would think this is not exactly as the slavemaster class want it. They have carefully constructed this exact moment in time. Its their masterpiece. It has been cultivated for years, generations even. trump was set up into position by his first term, covfefe, the whole biden presidency and even obama. I think we still have not seen why trump was placed into the lead frontman role. All the broken politics and social deconstruction was intended to create this environment piece by piece. They control the vast majority of the influencers and the other information sources. Every bit of "information" that "slips" out is thropugh their vast intel channels. They control 95% of the resources and have the US military to back their endeavors. They have millions of planted agents, those who are aware and those who are not. They are anything but afraid. They are sitting back with their popcorn, (and sex slaves) watching the show they created for themselves play out. Like the great movie maker watching the crowd while they watch the first showing of his greatest film. This has all been used to make the smarter and more resourceful Americans confused, and afraid, and think an end of some type is coming. Those Americans with the money and the guns. Its the masterclass in social manipulation and propaganda. Again I totally appreciate your perspective, But I think its what they are counting on.
