The irony is almost too perfect: Censorship Tracker appears to have no clear privacy policy, does not identify who actually operates the site, and still claims that merely visiting creates an agreement with “the Site’s operator.” So the site wants you to enter a contract with an unnamed party, without clicking “I agree,” while giving you no clear explanation of what data it collects or who is responsible for it. That is not meaningful consent. That is legal hide-and-seek. A site supposedly concerned with digital rights, privacy and accountability is asking visitors to accept invisible terms from an invisible operator under an invisible privacy framework. Transparency for everyone else. Consent by osmosis. Accountability pending identification.

You did go to a private site on the internet. They can put whatever stipulations on the site as they want. Just like the government who puts labels on things such as "Department of Education", I'm sure the site does the opposite of what it claims.
