I'll provide all the boring details step by step at thebighatclub Pocha, but here's the outline: Money and educated children. If you aren't making 6 figures you're going to have a hard time. There are jobs that pay well that don't require college debt. I recommend the chemical industry: DOW, DuPont, Cabot, Trinseo, Corteva, etc. In 5 years you can have a 401k that's ~$100k, ~$10k in your HSA, and you should be making over $100K per year. Imagine just a few friends deliberately choosing to live near each other where they can thrive. Search through residential and commercial properties, I'm telling you, you'll be surprised by what's still available. By the way, you can borrow from your 401K to help with the downpayment... Look for areas where you can start businesses you control and expand. Laundromats, restaurants, auto repair, car washes. Win over the populace with good deeds. Don't be a boomer. If you own a business treat people right. If employees have a hard time, let them work OT if you can. Be generous. I plan on giving away food to people in need. I've had a 2 acre garden before. I grew way more than I could ever eat. Have kids. Actually teach them. I have a massive library. My library rivals small town libraries, but mine is based. I don't have woke crap. Engineering, math, books on HOW to do things. Create an environment where the very idea you aren't in it is absurd. That's how you protect yourself from these obscene antisemitism laws. As time goes on, I will show anyone interested how to do everything I just said and more. Books, raising chickens (egg layers and meat birds), gardens, guns, flamethrowers, body armor, everything. I don't want your money, I want your success.

This is based. A family member lives in Tennessee, and out in the sticks, they really don’t give a fuck about what you do. some families have communes on several acres where it’s an entire families and generations across a few structures. They seem to love it.

I once did work in a somewhat remote area in my state. The entire street was owned by one family. There were acres and acres of land. This is the kind of life you can have. There are uncontested areas on the Risk board, you just have to look. It's not easy, I won't lie, but it is possible. I'm doing it now, step by step.
