Not necessarily the case... you wouldn't just stand and allow some fuck wit to bug your peace in real life... this option only exists on post I believe... so rather than being swamped with shitpost notifications... you can step away...

Not sure what point you're trying to argue here, often times he/she who complains the most often are the ones who are the most capitulated granted they aren't explicitly violating any rules. In a ideal world nuisance streamers would be jailed immediately but it is usually the victims who are more worried about consequence so my post applies to real life, and online.
