I love it! But I can’t eat too much of it bc it requires a lot of rice 🍚 😅 for half a crab and shell innards. The guts were always my favorite part in cooked crab. With steamed crab, I grew up eating in a similar way. Sometimes soy sauce from the bottle if I’m lazy, but my favorite is fish sauce and garlic and lime juice and other herbs and some 🌶️ .
