Thank you!!! I love fresh crawfish. I enjoy working hard for my food 🤣 I assume you meant just the tail in this case? For shrimp, should it be peeled and devein? What is neutral oil? Would olive or avocado oil work? I don’t think I’ve ever seen seafood stock at the supermarket. Do you buy it or do you make it yourself? Other than that, I can’t wait to make it!
