Totally agree, how can you convict someone of a homicide when the only proof we have that he died is the word of Utah's medical personnel who appear to have been in on a conspiracy from the start to hide as much as possible as far as doing an autopsy, there's that famous recording about Erika picking up the body before an autopsy was even done, whether that turned out to be misinformation or confusion on the part of the dispatcher on the call, it seemed like they were quick to regain ownership of his corpse, and the paving of the crime scene is a clear example of corruption and cover up, I mean, just like 9/11 with the immediate sale of the steel and shipping over seas at Penny's to the dollar, rubbed people the wrong way, because most crime scenes, especially as big as these particular events, should be investigated thoroughly to rule out outside involvement or explosives, but instead to destroy evidence and tamper with crime scenes is unheard of and rarely is the victims belongings released as fast as the seemed to be in terms of Kirk. It was like the case was open and shut and they already decided on the motive and means before it was verified, almost as if it's more of a narrative then evidence that lead to that conclusion

Not to mention utah seems like a totally corrupt state. I apologize if it happens to be your state or anyone's, but the influence the LDS church holds over political and economic power in the state completely dictates the decisions of the likely connected judges, politicians and police form. I watched this viral bricks and minifigs scandal on a YouTube video, and it takes place in Utah, and the corruption is on full display throughout the documentary, it's almost brazen. And the fact that this is the same judge handling the bricks and minifigs case, and he blatantly took the corporations side and barred the YouTuber from speaking about the case, essentially overriding his first amendment rite, and forced him to remove and previous videos in connection to the case, basically to silence him and end discent or negative or that was befalling the major corporation at the front of the lawsuit, clearly in the wrong

If anyone is interested, this is part one of a 3 part series covering the scandal, I can't remember which one really highlights the level of police corruption, but they all are extremely entertaining and I suggest you watch all 3
