I'm not a proponent of wind energy either but the nitpicking about the birds is petty. Tons of birds are killed by airplanes. The article should have just stayed on track that wind turbines is not the answer to our energy needs.

Agreed. I didn't search for a non-radical environmentalist that might be hard to find, I don't like capturing snippets and I generally think less is more with front running comments on posts I put up. So your comment is appreciated. You have to pick through the crap sometimes
