Because god let nephilium on the Earth and let them breed with human women, god needed to kill everything on the planet? Did god love all the water animals but not the animals that can't swim in water? Why didn't god dry the planet out to kill all life? Don't villians usually resort to killing everything? Hero's usually look for a better way? After god killed all the land animals but saved all the ocean life, god said it felt bad or was sorry and wasn't going to do that again. Didn't god know that was going to happen or not?

Have you seriously asked Him? Try it. Pray seriously, and ask God to give you the answers to your questions. Sometimes the villains need to be killed.
