That is a beautiful picture of your river mutt. 🥰Animals are a beautiful gift from nature and a blessing to have; they are just like kids and can teach us a lot about ourselves too. Booboo was my hiking partner. We would hike up to 12 miles a day, twice a week. But now he is having some issues with it and is going deaf, so I retired him from long hikes a few months ago. I am beginning to feel it too, so I guess its time to slow down. I felt a significant drop in strength and flexibility soon after turning 51. Currently, Booboo completes 2-mile trail walks with me in addition to hiking w/ my daughter's dog, Galla too. We hike for 5 to 7 miles, 3 days a week.
