Getting a good grip on our lives.....important skill to have. Same with golf. In the past, golf, in general, overlooked human strength to generate the golf swing. However, there have always been pioneers in this sport as well. The pattern I am putting forward has borrowed immensely from those who went before and left behind keys for us to unlock the potential of our golf swing. It is unbelievably complex, yet can be simplified for use. Understanding how it all works may take some time for many to embody, but they can use the skills almost immediately. Let me know what you think...all good. Peace.

I think it's important to work out all those little muscles, and not just the ones that make you look good. Especially for a sport like golf where you are making tiny minute changes and adjustments in your swing. Good stuff. Don't get much opportunity to play golf anymore these days up in the north.

Yes...exactly right about the 'little muscles'. I use an archetype of the Little Body....sounds like little buddy. And I talk to my little body like a curios and intelligent 7 or 8 year old. It seems easier to learn when we are young and expected to be learning....something like that. It also implies future or continuous growth. A famous expressions about God....why can't most people find God? Because they are not willing to look low/small enough. This seems true on many levels. Think smaller.... Good to hear that you play golf. Not surprising as you seem like a universally talented kind of guy. Another cool thing is that you are creative with music as well....this is going to be good. I imagine the connective tissue in the body to be similar to strings on a guitar or piano. And we can apply tension to those "threads", and they make music internally. Cool stuff. It is easier for me to explain certain aspects of the golf swing to musicians...they can intuit certain concepts and patterns really well. Another is people who snowboard. Those who can, understand about being on an edge. This is also very useful in golf. I will put videos out about this soon. Peace.
