Potatoes steam, the dill unfolds, for her Polak love who hauls in cod. He casts at dawn, returns with gleam, silver scales that kiss the beam. She fries them crisp in buttered grace, a Polish feast in their seaside place. Kids chase waves, then chase the hens, learn kindness starts where the world begins. She shares her light in every post, a wholesome beacon on the coast. From coop to table, shore to screen, her goodness grows where love is seen. A wife, a mom, a quiet force— the ocean bows to her, of course.
