September through March more specifically Halloween through Christmas season, why? Simply put I adore the decorations. In my state of Arizona we've gone almost 2 decades without a trickle of snow (Mid to Northing Arizona, Sedona and Flagstaff snows) and despite this you'll still see Christmas decorations. Arizona being so heavily diverse only exaggerates how cherished these holidays are. I love, for a couple months you can be abnormal, walk around in festive gear listening to festive music without anyone batting an eye. While New years, February and March also hosting holidays you don't see the global decorative nature you see in Oct - Dec.

Middle and Southern Arizona (Not Northing) what the heck is Northing? If you're in the upper upper Arizona you'll see snow yearly, but outside that really upper area you get 120 summers, heavy rains that last 10 minutes ruining your trip to work. Where I am in Phoenix you can literally have Atlantis pour on your head as you travel to work, and the moment you get there the rain stops. Despite this you still see people Celebrating Christmas its awesome!
