Great answers below. I see that I, myself, have been appropriately corrected for asking too broad a question. Thank you. I struggle with this question as it is applied to online, non-visual (non FaceTime, Zoom or Teams) interaction, for the following reasons: 1\. I don’t want to presume that the consumers of information lack to insight or motivation to research for themselves. 2\. Would my correction do more harm to the person being corrected than good to the population (see point 1 above)? 3\. I prefer these types of conversations be one on one. Virtual formats make it difficult for me. My whole like up until COVID was always face to face interaction.

Tikvah’s comment to me about medicine 14 minutes ago is an example of something that I can correct, but defer for the 3 reasons listed above.
