That’s the first problem. Comparison is the thief of joy. When we stop seeing ourselves as higher than anyone else, and just as peers, colleagues, friends, even, someone is always there to tear it all down. These are all choices. And I’m not any more perfect than anyone else, but do we for this reason stand complicit for the continuation of the awful nonsense around us?
