I used to reference the CDC numbers regularly for years. #3 always held solid and was called Medical Error. Sometime after Corona/Covid it was changed retroactively to Accidents. I don't remember a time when it ever dropped below #3. The medical system never got better with deaths or injuries to the public it got better at hiding and labeling them.  Consider the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). How many pharmaceutical side effects are actually reported like suicide is a side effect of wellbutrin/Chantix? [CDC National Center for Health Statistics](https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/deaths.htm)  I have waived my HIPAA right shocking some indoctrinated medical professionals. HIPAA does not exist to protect the public. HIPAA is to protect the system, white coat decision makers, surgeons, lab techs and even nurses. These are layers of HIPAA protection for administration. Little information is ever leaked to the public especially not the individuals harmed. Talk and your fired. The medical industry was handed over to Wall Street in about 2010. That's my rant. I've been harmed some in my family have been harmed one seriously as in f'd for life.
