As my sleep was interrupted by having to poop this morning. It made me immediately think of this post and I'd like to follow up question with: So do you fast a certain time before you plan to go to sleep? like eat an early dinner or skip dinner? And how do you force yourself to eliminate anything sitting in you if you don't feel the urge to go?

I stop eating solid food after dark when home, but still drink raw milk, tea, etc. and I’m still active and moving so it pushes things. It’s not natural although it’s become normal for the body to hold feces. I believe it’s a combination of preservative, binding agents, coagulants, and other ungodly things in modern food. I believe it’s natural for us to pass what’s in us shortly after eating like animals and children but as we grow and go to school/work we train ourselves to hold it. but when we return to a natural state and become more in touch with our bodies things level out. I’m flexible with myself, like tonight I played poker with friends so I had pizza and dessert (didn’t even ask if it was organic). But at home I’m hyper regulated, friends say it’s my way of creating the structure I lacked growing up but it works for me

Also as our bodies return to a natural state we shed the lining of build up that coats our guts and not only do we become regular we end up feeling better because there’s less to nothing sitting in our colon toxifying our bodies post digestion.
