never heard of either. ive been thinking about getting a citizenship with that little country that provides digital ids that allow you to get thru kyc while still being american, but that doesnt get by taxes. i just have stupid poor ppl buy my crypto for me and i use their devices to move to my offline wallets and pay them for their silence and loyalty
