theres a good chance once people have voting abilities and more of a say over the sites functionality and operations that we can reccomend and put forth a solution to situations such as that, when a pocha has been abandoned and been completely inactive by the person who was originally responsible to moderate it, then there should be a way for those poochas to then be adopted by more active users with an intrest in moderating that particular poocha, cos clearly that can lead to an eventual problem if the poocha is completely abandoned by its creator and unmoderated.
