I don't claim this part: "12 apostles....one figure head. We are dealing with a universal pattern here....not a coincidence" I do agree that the Bible can be a valuable source of internal communication, but in a much deeper way than body mechanics or movement patterns. To me, the Bible is a profound guide for understanding ourselves, the world, and the connection between the physical and the spiritual. It speaks to the whole person: our minds, hearts, desires, struggles, and purpose. While yoga, Tai Chi, or martial arts help us become more aware of our physical structure (fascia, joints, breath, etc.), the Bible teaches us how to align that physical life with something higher. This is why Paul says in 1 Timothy 4:8: “Physical training is of some value, but godliness is valuable in every way.” He uses athletic metaphors to show the importance of discipline, but he always puts spiritual alignment first. I am sure that in today’s sedentary, tech-driven world, we’ve lost something important and keeping the body in motion is genuinely valuable for both physical and mental health. Therefore, whether we train, eat, move, or rest - the call is to do all things for the glory of God.

Deja vu? I fear we have had this conversation...and poor Paul wasn't much good the last time. I don't mind punching down on him, but we can do better.😊 Therefore, we can look to this....good pattern here. *the call is to do all things for the glory of God.* We could suggest, for the sake of semantics, God - is a word As a word, it has different meanings to different people and peoples, in varying times and contexts for the past 2000 years or so. The language of your Bible is not the language of Jesus...your God. It has been translated....hence...you could give some lateral assessment to what others refer to as their highest good or god or God. Does this seem fair? Maranatha is a word....a good word. We get further if we help each other use words as accurately as possible. I have mentioned before, we need a new language. Or we could say, this language we are using now, can be used, but we can do better than those in the past. We are standing on the shoulders of giants, and with great hindsight, we can see what huge liars they were...and every now and again...we can call them out on it.😅 Something like that. Peace.😇

@Braven : I’ll likely give a more detailed response later after I’ve had more time to think about what you shared. But I did want to respond to your comment about being “antagonistic” toward both AI and the Bible. I can understand that perspective, though I’d probably describe myself as more “agnostic” toward both. I recognize that they exist and that people use them in very different ways — sometimes constructively, sometimes destructively. Personally, I’m less concerned with whether someone uses AI or the Bible, and more concerned with whether their use of either harms, manipulates, or antagonizes others. I try to stay aligned with the non-aggression principle as much as I can. If a tool, idea, or belief helps people think more clearly, communicate better, or improve their lives without causing harm, I think there’s value in that.

Hey Resolutionaryman, Good to hear your take on this. We have similar insights, and what keeps this most interesting is where they diverge and what that might uncover....lead us to discover. The main problem I have with AI and The Bible is gaslighting. In most every post done on AI and The Bible, the gaslighting is ubiquitous. We may disagree on what constitutes Gaslighting, but we can have civil debate about it...all good. *I try to stay aligned with the non-aggression principle as much as I can. If a tool, idea, or belief helps people think more clearly, communicate better, or improve their lives without causing harm, I think there’s value in that.* Yes...great value in this. One note of observation on Effective Patterns....some are more effective than others. If some patterns are more effective with less damage, that is a better pattern...yes? This is where we might find great advantage in Ai and holding Ai to account. We might need to set a standard of objective outcomes....is this possible? What pattern is most effective in producing said results. For example, One pattern may work but be very expensive...is it worth the cost? We could run simulation patterns through Ai and see what comes up? Time will tell.....or we will tell in time....all good. Peace.😇

I had a cross on my wall as a teenager. Not what you might think; it was made from AC/DC , Iron Maiden and other posters and rip outs of music magazines. Not sure how this fits this conversation. But here we are.

Sadly I did not take time to fully grok the posting. But, in keeping with my perception of the intention of the post I wish to promote awareness of the mitochondria and how/why they do what they do. I don't think I've posted on this aspect of our reality, but it's about as basic as we can get in structures that modern people have language and models to comprehend. Get-the-sun-in-your-eyes. That is all.

Would love to hear more about this. If you have insights at the mitochondrial level....that would be awesome. I have not heard your take on this.....all ears here. Exposing and describing basic physical movement patterns.....and our ability to use language to describe them to ourselves and others...this takes patience and talent. Those of us with basic language skills, can use those skills to ensure the accuracy of the messages we bring together. This is a huge exploration....could use your wisdom, time and talent on the journey. Peace.😇
